About Mail Domain Check

This is an independent developer-run project, not an official support channel for the third-party products discussed in its guides. This page makes the operator, research method, privacy limits, and commercial terms inspectable before anyone uses the service.

Review the public operator profile

Independent operator

Mail Domain Check is operated independently through the public GitHub account @zac343. It is not a member, agent, sponsor, contractor, or official support channel of Keycloak, Termux, Plane, Blue Core, or any other third-party project referenced in a guide. No organization affiliation is currently claimed.

Third-party names identify the software, provider, repository, or public issue being analyzed. They do not imply endorsement. A guide should say explicitly when its conclusion is limited to a reviewed revision, public artifact, or one reporter's evidence.

How public issue research works

  1. Read the complete public issue, existing replies, linked source, and current project documentation before responding.
  2. Keep the repository-specific finding and the useful next step in the public comment itself. Any external page is optional, and a reader should not need it to understand the core evidence.
  3. Ask only for bounded, non-secret evidence. Do not request an address, password, token, action link, private configuration, complete log, mailbox content, wallet secret, or signature.
  4. Do not harvest contact details, send unsolicited email or direct messages, or repeat a link when no new evidence exists. Corrections and affiliation disclosures belong in the same public thread.

A public comment, link preview, page request, anonymous identifier, index submission, or reaction is not counted as a customer, order, payment, or verified human user.

Evidence and reproducibility

Primary sources
Technical claims link to official documentation, standards, public repository source, package artifacts, or the exact public issue. Time-sensitive findings identify the reviewed date or revision.
Local tools
Tools described as browser-local contain no network request for the incident input. Their JavaScript can be inspected in the page source before use.
Live checks
The scanner queries public DNS, an optional public sending IP, and fixed public HTTPS policy paths. It cannot inspect private provider, application, queue, or mailbox state.
Open client
The MIT-licensed CLI source is public and dependency-free, so the public-check boundary can be reproduced without this browser interface.
Corrections
Repository-specific errors should be corrected in the source issue. Reproducible CLI or public API behavior can be reported in the public CLI repository.

Privacy and measurement

The free scanner does not retain full domains or sending IPs. It keeps irreversible hashes, canonical page paths, bounded source buckets, and aggregate result or funnel events. Engagement requires both dwell time and a trusted browser interaction; known operator and deployment checks are excluded from external conversion counts.

Anonymous identifiers are used for aggregate deduplication and are not treated as named people. Mailbox messages, credentials, private keys, wallet secrets, and full incident logs are not requested by the free tools. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable the browser engagement event.

Payment and delivery boundary

Free path
Public diagnostics, local tools, guides, the summary API, and the CLI require no account, email address, or payment.
Paid report
A complete remediation report costs exactly 1 Circle-native USDC on Base Mainnet, chain ID 8453, using contract 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913. The checkout shows the network, token contract, amount, and a unique receiving address before any wallet action.
Finality
Payment is credited only after the matching Base transaction reaches finalized. A support transfer is separate and does not unlock a report.
Retention
Pending checkout sessions are retained for 7 days. Paid report access is retained for 30 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Wallet safety
The service never receives a seed phrase or private key. A user must verify the network, native USDC contract, amount, and address in their own wallet before signing.
